1. Premium Norwegian EPAX® Fish Oil

2. Advanced Triple Molecular Distillation

Does this omega 3 fish oil have a fishy taste or any unpleasant burp back?

Every batch of Fortifeye Super Omega 3 supplements must pass the testing of a professional trained sensory panel assuring superior taste. Purity is an ongoing focus and top priority for Fortifeye Super omega 3. The process of refining , purification , molecular distillation and deodorization reduces any potential oxidation that may cause an unpleasant odor or taste. The oils are also mildly flavored with natural lemon to have the best possible smell and taste profile.

What about supplements that contain omega 3, 6 and 9?

The typical American diet is too high in pro inflammatory omega 6 and low in omega 3. Most Americans need more omega 3 to offset the inflammatory aspects of diet high in omega 6. Omega 9 is a non-essential fatty acid that the human body can make if it needs to, and most Americans get plenty of omega 9 in their diets. Many of these supplements containing 3,6 and 9 do not have enough omega 3 to get to the levels recommended by The American Heart Association. We recommend using an only omega 3 supplement.

Are plant sources of omega 3 as good as marine sources?

NO! Plant source omega 3 is called Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and it is very difficult for the human body to convert ALA to EPA and DHA. Some plant sources of ALA are flax, chia, hemp, walnuts and perilla. Only women of child baring age have to ability to convert small amounts of ALA to EPA and essentially no DHA in the process. Triglyceride form (rTG) Fish oil is the best way to get the health benefits of omega 3.

Are the over-the-counter inexpensive fish oils any good?

Remember the old saying “you get what you pay for”. Most OTC fish oils are a cheaper ethyl ester form of fish oil that is much cheaper to manufacture. This form is very unstable and can go rancid quickly causing an unpleasant taste and smell. Ethyl ester fish oils do not absorb as well as Triglyceride form and can cause some digestive issues. Most of the over-the-counter omega 3 fish oils have very low levels of EPA and DHA, the typical commercial brand will have 180 EPA and 120 DHA or less. This is nowhere near enough to get your omega index to the heart health levels above 8%.

How long does it take to get omega 3 to optimal levels.

Omega index studies show that in as little as 2 weeks omega index levels can get to the heart health zone when taking 2 Fortifeye Super Omega. It will usually take 2-3 months to get maximum cellular absorption that will make a positive impact on blood chemistries and your overall health.

Should I take my omega 3 with food?

Yes, food will enhance the absorption of the omega 3.

What are optimal levels of omega 3 on a blood test?

Omega index testing is a way to access your omega 3 status. This test measures the amount of EPA and DHA in the blood. Low omega 3 is associated with multiple health issues. an omega index of 8% or higher is the heart healthy zone. Most Americans have below a 4% omega index. After just 30 days on Fortifeye Super Omega mean blood levels (omega index) of omega 3 increased from 4.2% to 9.1% with some as high as 11%.     I’ve had high cholesterol and triglycerides for as long as I can remember, despite medication and red rice yeast. Dr. Lange mentioned this Super Omega 3Max at my last visit, but not necessarily for the cholesterol issues. He mentioned it in relation to Diabetes, eye health, etc. So I ordered a bottle and about 65 days later had to get my lab studies done for a routine Dr visit. To my surprise, my cholesterol and triglycerides were within normal limits! The total cholesterol is still a little high, but I’m confident it will come down too. This is the only thing I changed. My brain seems to work better with this stronger dose, combined with Fortifeye Complete vitamins. A few days ago my friend asked me what I thought about the “Sam’s Club” brand of fish oil.     Back in 2014 I was in Orlando FL and went to a nutrition show with a friend of mine looking for the newest workout products and we came across your booth when they were demonstrating the difference between omega 3 fish oils, and being that I am a firm believer in the benefits of fish oil I stayed to watch and was horrified to see the girl using the fish oil I had been using for years had eaten the bottom out of a Styrofoam cup like it was hydrochloric acid. which led me to asking what exactly was in the fish oil I was using. After hearing what was in the poison I was taking for years, I bought 3 bottles of the Fortifeye Super Omega-3 fish oil and could tell a huge difference in the absorption my body was getting from this product and now that Dr. Lange has come out with the Fortifeye Super Omega-3 max I only need to take 1 softgel a day instead of two.
