If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of the original purchase date for a refund or store credit, subject to the terms below.
Eligible Returns
The following items may be returned:
- Unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase.
- Opened products (one unit per item purchased) if you are dissatisfied with the product experience.
- Products damaged during shipping or received in error.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products returned more than 30 days after purchase.
- Multiple opened containers of the same product.
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers.
- Clearance, discontinued, or final sale items.
- Gift cards.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or damage during shipping.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The incorrect item was shipped
- The product arrived damaged
- The return is due to a fulfillment error by Fortifeye
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders may be modified or canceled at any time before the next scheduled shipment. Orders that have already processed and shipped fall under the standard return policy outlined above.
